R.M. Dalisay Grocery started in retail business at Tarlac in the year 1980’s by Mrs. Rosario Manio Mutuc (founder) married to Mr. Luis Quiambao Mutuc. In 2005 R.M. Dalisay Grocery was handed over to the middle son Mr. Marlon Rei Manio Mutuc.

For the next six years (2011) the company grew and converted into corporation known as Dalisay Super Hyper Trader, Inc. (DSHTI). When the company was converted into corporation Mr. Marlon Rei M. Mutuc became the CEO and President of the company. He began to branch out Dalisay namely:
